We build exclusively from bona fide moulds and Hysucat/Hysucraft foil designs, integrated into our collection. These are available in standard GRP composites or carbon infusion. All our foil builds are XS FOIL Catamarans throughout. The foils are crafted from SAF 2205 stainless steel and X-rayed for any potential defects before passing quality control. As passive hydrofoils, they have no moving parts to break down, and with stainless steel, there’s no risk of carbon moulding splitting below the waterline.

Our boat builds are around the globe in associated build facilities where we have very good working relation’s and advantages of lower build costs in some cases  which helps keeps things affordable,

To support regional production and improve efficiency, equivalent specialist teams are also based in the Maldives, where a number of our larger moulds are currently located. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for Maldivian clients and selected export projects.
